• All entries have date registered, name, charge, date of discharge. Some have age, court, sex, nativity, and/or occupation.
• Early entries include more information than later ones.
• The book measures 18 inches tall by 12 inches wide when closed.
• It is in the custody of the Yamhill County Historical Society in Lafayette, Oregon.
• Efforts were made to accurately decipher the handwriting.  Some of which is difficult to read.  Entries themselves contain misspelled names so please be creative when searching the index.  The same person may be entered under various spellings and/or versions of their name.
